At Zawadi, we believe that every child matters irrespective of their gender, we also believe that when the boys are knowledgable and well trained, the society becomes a better place, and issues of inequality, domestic violence, harmful cultural practices that profile women become a thing of the past, for this reason, we anticipate to develop a project dubbed the HE ENGAGE PROJECT. HEENGAGE”
The project will help the boy child cope with family-related issues, peer pressure, cultural beliefs, and practices, early marriage, poverty, substance abuse, and social norms, that if left unchecked becomes the root cause of gender inequality.
